My main research field is that of massive, early-type stars (OB and Wolf-Rayet stars). I have currently focused the work on the winds of these objects, and the interactions with the surrounding matter. The job is developped in various ways, and involves planification of interferometric observations (using the ATCA, the VLA, the LBA), reduction, analysis and interpretation of the results, comparison with theoretical predictions and with results at other wavelengths. Some particular scenarios in which I am interested are wind-collision regions (WCR) (ej. HD 93129A), and thermal clumped winds. The research also includes statistical studies of OB winds. I like to investigate the profound effect of the winds on the interstellar medium. I use part of my time to collaborate in projects dealing with high energy astrophysics of stellar objects, which include not only WCR, but YSO, microquasars, etc.
